About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Media Client Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our Digital Media Client Services team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing the functional components of our video advertising campaigns, from pre-sale direction and media planning to campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing. You'll work closely with our sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Digital Media Client Services Managers in supporting assigned sales reps and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing
- Design and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth
- Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of the executives
- Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including inventory forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing
- Ensure the Record Administrator is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
- Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding inventory, ad products, or campaigns
- Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking
- Analyze and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Platforms support
- Test potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract discussions
- Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency
- Analyze usage and execution of digital inventory to develop strategies and products that boost revenue yield
- Develop, tutor, and foster skills, including training future recruits
- Develop and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices
- Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local hub of excellence for different offices across EMEA
- Stay up-to-date with TWDC's ad tech stack and system, and follow industry developments
Experience We Expect From You:
We're looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in digital media and client services. The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduate-level or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech
- Group management experience
- Mastery in defining and advancing processes
- Deep expertise in determining, planning, dealing, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV conditions
- Proven ability in executing campaigns, creating precise and relevant experiences, and enhancing execution
- Strong understanding of automated advertising, technologies that power it, and key players in the space
- Awareness of general data security and privacy requirements related to digital advertising
- Ability to represent the organization in external meetings and events
- Media or entertainment brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership
- Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (e.g., Google Ad Manager), ad server frameworks (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team
- Knowledge of Huge activation for digital campaigns and related requirements
