SonderMind is a company dedicated to providing accessible, personalized mental healthcare. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage a pipeline of leads, recruit licensed therapists, and ensure high-quality recruitment processes.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to maintain a steady flow of provider candidates
  • Conduct extensive prospecting efforts and create outbound campaigns to generate new leads
  • Create and execute outbound email and cold call campaigns to engage net new providers, utilizing creative approaches tailored to various segments of licensed therapists
  • Maintain accountability for daily and weekly activity metrics, ensuring consistent outreach through various channels, including phone, email, and social platforms
  • Screen and qualify prospective providers based on strict criteria
  • Update warm pipeline’s ‘next steps’ section daily, ensuring timely follow-ups and outreach to keep provider recruitment on pace
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in data entry within our CRM system, ensuring all provider information is thoroughly documented and up to date
  • Act as the initial point of contact for prospective providers, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Ensure recruitment efforts align with legal, ethical, and company-specific guidelines for licensure and credentialing
  • Collaborate with the internal credentialing team to streamline the transition from recruitment to active participation within our provider group
  • Participate in team interviews for new hires, providing input during hiring decision meetings to offer insight on potential candidates and contribute to the final hiring decisions
  • Assist in onboarding and training new SDRs, sharing best practices for cold outreach, lead management, and provider vetting processes
  • Take full responsibility for personal quotas and self-improvement by consistently seeking feedback, analyzing individual performance, and adapting strategies to improve efficiency and results

Skills

  • 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or behavioral health industries
  • Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume inbound inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach
  • Expertise in managing a large volume of relationships with prospective candidates and moving them efficiently through the recruitment funnel
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, adapt to changing demands, and stay ahead of recruitment targets
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring all candidate qualifications, licensure, and clinical requirements are met
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and lead generation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize recruitment efforts effectively
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and resilience are essential
