What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments that test new recommendation algorithms and strategies. You will work closely with talented engineers, machine learning specialists, and product managers who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in product recommendations. • Design and Execute A/B Testing: Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests for new recommendation algorithms and strategies. Develop innovative testing methodologies and statistical analysis approaches to measure impact accurately.


• KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and maintain robust KPI reporting mechanisms. Create anomaly detection tools and implement advanced measurement approaches to track performance metrics in real-time.


• Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis, including clustering and segmentation, to uncover new insights that inform product recommendation strategies and identify emerging opportunities.


• Tool Development: Utilize and enhance arenaflex's in-house automation tools. Contribute to the development of QA tools that better evaluate algorithm performance before launching A/B tests.

What You'll Need
