About the Product Frameworks and Examination Team

What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading and directing our analytics efforts with a focus on Omni-Channel examination across both physical retail and e-commerce platforms. Leadership and Strategy

• Provide visionary leadership and set strategic direction for the data science team, focusing on Omni-Channel analysis across retail and digital platforms


• Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with Analysts, Technical Partners, and Business Leaders to establish comprehensive improvement roadmaps based on business requirements


• Translate complex business requirements into precise product specifications that guide development and implementation


• Conduct architecture planning sessions, aligning strategies with business drivers, challenges, and long-term organizational objectives

Technical Development and Analysis

• Design and implement efficient data pipelines to address business challenges, utilizing advanced technical tools and retail systems


• Establish and execute data science team best practices while conducting code reviews for team members to ensure quality and consistency


• Apply advanced analytics techniques including regression analysis, machine learning, clustering, and statistical inference to drive actionable insights


• Develop sophisticated predictive models that forecast trends, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences

Communication and Visualization

• Create compelling visuals, charts, and graphs that effectively communicate complex data findings to diverse audiences

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years developing Analysis, Statistical, or Machine Learning models to extract insights and address business challenges, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting


• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in web analytics and visitor segmentation using data to drive informed decisions and improve online experiences


• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead small teams in rapid and accurate data analysis, feature definition, and innovative problem-solving for complex business challenges
