As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple venture capital firms, acting as a trusted financial partner to their General Partners (GPs).
This role involves regular, in-depth consultations with GPs to thoroughly understand their unique financial accounting needs and operational challenges.
You will be responsible for assessing current financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline and optimize accounting workflows.

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and other fund-related reporting for a portfolio of venture capital funds.
Perform complex reconciliations of capital accounts, investment portfolios, and cash balances.
Ensure compliance with fund agreements, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, with a significant focus on venture capital or private equity funds.
Strong understanding of GAAP, fund structures, partnership accounting, capital calls, distributions, and financial reporting.
