Remote, USA Full-time Immediate Start

At magicplan, we believe that renovation projects work best when field teams and office teams collaborate seamlessly. That’s why we develop a comprehensive, user-friendly solution that enables teams on-site to capture data and instantly transform it into clear scopes of work, documentation, cost estimates, and approvals—without unnecessary steps.
Today, thousands of renovation teams rely on magicplan to drive projects forward more efficiently, reduce delays, and stay organized. By making field data immediately actionable, we enable better decision-making so our customers can focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality work.
As part of our continued growth in Europe, particularly in the DACH region, we are looking for a Solution Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team.
As a Solution Consultant, you are the primary product expert and customer-facing point of contact at magicplan. You are responsible for onboarding, activation, and ongoing customer support, while also contributing to commercial growth. Your goal is to quickly deliver measurable value to customers by successfully integrating magicplan into their real-world workflows.
This role is part of an evolving, consulting-driven Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach. Many processes and success metrics are still being developed, so initiative and prioritization are key. You will proactively identify growth opportunities (e.g., additional teams, locations, or use cases), address adoption challenges, and work closely with Customer Growth Advisors to convert activation into renewals and upselling.
Customer Focus & Qualification

  • Conduct technical onboarding sessions for newly acquired customers
  • Work closely with Customer Growth Advisors to transition from qualification to activation
  • Identify stakeholders, objectives, and growth signals
Activation & Value Realization
  • Develop and optimize onboarding and activation processes (especially within the first 90 days)
  • Establish scalable workflows to integrate magicplan into customers’ daily operations
Prioritization & Scaling
  • Focus on high-impact accounts
  • Make clear prioritization decisions
  • Intentionally deprioritize requests with low strategic relevance
Technical Consulting & Enablement
  • Deliver product training, onboarding sessions, and tailored consulting
  • Translate product features into concrete, industry-specific use cases
  • Handle objections and drive product adoption
  • Continuously build industry knowledge in the renovation sector
Feedback & Improvement
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product and management teams
  • Contribute to improving processes and product usage

Although we are looking for a passionate, purpose-driven individual rather than a 100% match of the job description, there is an important skill set for this role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment (e.g., Solution Consultant, Implementation Specialist, Support, or similar role)
  • German at C1–C2 level (fluent/business proficiency) & English at least B2 level
  • Proven experience in customer activation, retention, or expansion
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities early and translate them into actionable steps
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to translate complex features into clear business value
  • Strong presence in customer conversations, trainings, and presentations
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving structures

  • Interest in or experience with the renovation industry
  • Experience with CRM and communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Aircall, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp)
  • French is a plus
  • University degree or equivalent qualification

  • Flexibility & Autonomy – Work in a remote first, async-friendly culture that values ownership and trust.
  • Modern office in central Munich (excellent public transport connections).
  • 29 vacation days + public holidays.
  • Job Ticket coverage.
  • Kindergarten/Kita support.
  • Learning & development budget (because growing is part of the job).
  • Regular team events.
  • International team across Europe and North America.
