This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home office. However, please note that you must be located in or willing to relocate to Romania to be eligible for this opportunity. This allows us to ensure seamless collaboration with our European teams and maintain the high level of service our merchants expect.
What You'll Do
As a Seller Expert at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued merchant partners, responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our marketplace. Your role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and relationship management to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Optimization: Support your internal teams on feedback metrics and measure the impact of merchants on creating an exceptional customer experience across the platform.
- Merchant Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with the Retail Group to manage merchant relationships by addressing seller needs and ensuring their success on arenaflex.
- Communication Excellence: Build strong communication channels at all levels, set clear expectations, provide transparent status updates, and develop growth plans for your assigned merchants.
- Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute comprehensive account plans that deliver key business opportunities and significant KPIs for both sellers and arenaflex.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal arenaflex teams and external sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, ensuring an outstanding buyer experience.
- Deep-Dive Analysis: Lead thorough investigations into issues affecting your merchants and develop data-driven recommendations and action plans to enhance seller performance and satisfaction.
- Negotiation & Planning: Provide thought leadership around negotiations, roadmaps, and successful execution of merchant initiatives.
- Partnership Development: Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with key merchant accounts within your portfolio.
- Program Launch Support: Contribute to the successful rollout of new programs, categories, and features that benefit our seller community.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular weekly and monthly business reviews with sellers, highlighting performance metrics and creating actionable improvement plans.
- Metrics & Forecasting: Analyze key performance indicators, develop reasonable forecasts, implement well-thought-out strategies, and respond quickly with new action plans when needed.
- Data Analysis: Research, create, and analyze vast amounts of data to grow merchant traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and overall revenue on the arenaflex platform.
- Business Insights: Investigate strategic and operational aspects of merchant businesses, identifying root causes of issues and uncovering opportunities for growth.

Essential Qualifications
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are required to effectively engage with our diverse merchant base and internal teams.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, demonstrating your ability to think critically and adapt to complex business environments.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development within B2B environments.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation abilities with the capacity to offer perspectives clearly and concisely. Demonstrated active listening skills with a highly consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Data Analysis Capabilities: Strong ability to collect, clean, interpret, question, and analyze data to provide actionable solutions. Demonstrated capacity to manage business operations effectively.
- Influencing Skills: Metric influencing expertise with the ability to understand key performance indicators and create reasonable forecasts. Excellent negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
