Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Analytics Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the backbone of account-level insights for our business. Your primary responsibility will be supporting account managers with comprehensive data analysis, generating meaningful insights, and developing strategic recommendations that drive increased revenue across our portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer success.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Data Collection & Integration: Gather data from multiple sources including Account Managers, our CRM platform (Salesforce), and arenaflex databases. You'll master the art of consolidating information from diverse systems to create a unified, comprehensive view of account performance and opportunities.

Data Quality Assurance: Research and verify third-party data integrity to ensure accuracy across all reporting and analysis. You'll implement best practices for data validation and establish quality checkpoints that maintain the reliability of our insights.

Data Transformation: Clean, format, and convert data into system-compatible formats that seamless integrate with our analytics platforms. You'll develop efficient processes for data preparation that accelerate insight generation.

Account Manager Support: Partner with Account Managers to fulfill meeting requests and requirements, providing them with the analytical foundation they need to succeed in client interactions and strategic planning sessions.

CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects efficiently. You'll ensure our CRM remains a trusted source of truth for all account-related information.

Ad-Hoc Analysis: Participate in special projects and investigation requests that arise from business needs. Your flexibility and analytical prowess will be key in addressing unexpected questions and opportunities.

Custom Reporting: Provide tailored reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions and initiatives. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic moves.
