Telephone Sales Representative

Job Summary

Advanced Auto Guard (AAG) is seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. AAG is committed to delivering industry-leading vehicle protection solutions and exceptional service to our clients and partners. We take pride in offering the best service contracts and F&I products in the market, helping customers and dealerships protect what matters most while creating strong long-term value. This role is responsible for driving sales primarily through phone communication, building relationships, explaining our products with confidence, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, results-driven, and excited to represent a company focused on quality, service, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and clients
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Present and explain company products and services clearly and professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track calls, leads, and sales activity in the company’s systems
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Work closely with management and team members to improve sales strategies
• Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings, programs, and promotions

Qualifications
• Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups effectively
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
• Primarily phone-based sales role
• Office or remote environment depending on company needs

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
