This role focuses on forward-looking financial modeling and decision support and does not include transactional cash or accounting responsibilities. Job Description: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Progressively responsible financial analysis experience (typically 4+ years). Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Experience in higher education, healthcare, or complex public institutions. Conditions of Employment: This position may require additional hours outside of normal working hours. Duties: 25% - Liquidity & Cash Flow Analysis: Develop and maintain cash flow and liquidity forecasts. Model cash impacts under multiple operating and capital scenarios. Monitor liquidity thresholds and emerging risks. 25% - Debt & Capital Analysis: Support debt affordability and capacity modeling. Analyze impacts of potential debt issuance, refundings, and capital timing. Prepare materials to support capital planning discussions. 25% - Financial Risk & Scenario Modeling: Conduct stress testing related to enrollment, funding volatility, and capital plans. Support interest rate and liquidity risk analysis. Translate complex financial analysis into clear executive-level insights. 25% - Decision Support & Reporting: Prepare executive-ready dashboards, briefing materials, and presentations. Collaborate with Budget, Capital Planning, and Finance stakeholders. Support Board and senior leadership materials as directed.
