- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining full knowledge of the IT department structure, including the leaders who oversee each team
- Sorting, scanning, and distributing mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex campus and satellite locations
- Managing postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensuring office supplies and all common areas are stocked, clean, and organized
- Setting up IT meetings and removing setup once the meeting convenes
- Creating and replacing ID badges for IT employees
- Supporting coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges
- Performing all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
- Complying with arenaflex privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma / GED required
- Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- *Physical Requirements**
- Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs
