Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Remote Account Manager at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in growing our third-party marketplace in the USA. This position is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value accounts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and convenience for our customers. You will be responsible for identifying product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our platform.
Your work will directly contribute to expanding our product offerings and growing our customer base. Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of the arenaflex marketplace team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Market Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global developments/activities, and ongoing monitoring of competitor efforts to identify opportunities and threats.
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and compelling presentations that showcase the value of partnering with arenaflex.
- Seller Enablement: Guide dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with and influence both internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied partners.
- Strategic Planning: Execute go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our product selection aspect and customer base.
- Performance Optimization: Use analytical tools and data-driven approaches to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that drive revenue and improve seller performance.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within arenaflex.
Essential Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of education, experience, and skills to drive success in this role. The following qualifications are required:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. We're open to candidates who have demonstrated strong sales capabilities even if their background isn't in these specific sectors.
- Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused sales approach. You should have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience promoting nascent products/services into new markets is strongly preferred. This shows your ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Advanced communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to potential sellers.
- A strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, including the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations.
