**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional patient and customer experiences through respectful, fair, and productive interactions
* Registering sales on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and circulating change as needed
* Processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, stock, and records
* Carrying out organization resource assurance methods to identify and limit benefit loss
* Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items
* Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional designs
* Assisting with the separation of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and systems
* Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine
* Taking on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and handling requests
* Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a retail environment
* Prior experience with arenaflex
* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Familiarity with store systems and equipment
