**What You'll Do in This Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support and helping customers resolve technical issues related to their healthcare needs
* Assisting members with correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
* Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
* Being efficient in navigating multiple systems and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED
* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
