ORCA Life is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and helping families make informed decisions about their financial future through protective solutions like health and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their personal and family needs
- Travelling Monday to Wednesday to warm leads that are company-provided
- Educate families on protection options, including life insurance designed to support and protect loved ones
- Build long-term relationships through trust and education
- Help clients navigate coverage options clearly and ethically
- Manage your own schedule and client pipeline with support from leadership
Skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable meeting clients in person or virtually
- Coachable, motivated, and relationship-oriented
- Desire to help families make smart, responsible decisions
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
