Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is searching for enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Agents to support their government-based contracts in security, health & human services, and state benefits. The role involves answering inbound calls, troubleshooting tech issues, scheduling appointments, and documenting calls to ensure friendly and professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing
- Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets
- Schedule appointments at designated locations
- Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions
- Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed
- Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time
Skills
- Remote‑ready setup: Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace
- Equipment: Computer and monitor provided by DVS, and USB‑wired headset provided by you
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus
- Credentialing: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
- Communication skills: Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly
- Schedule: Training 9:00a - 4:30p - . Regular M-F 9:30a - 6:00p & Sat 8:00a - 12:00p Eastern Standard Time
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
