The Role: Senior SailPoint Identity & Access Management Developer
Due to our continued growth and expansion, arenaflex is searching for an experienced developer who can lead the integration and enhancement of our SailPoint identity governance platform. This role is critical to strengthening our protection and security posture while ensuring robust governance across the entire enterprise. You will work with international-class software and platform teams, designing integrations that are both scalable and nimble.
Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is dedicated to maintaining a secure operating environment and earning the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders. We combine various services and expertise to prevent fraud, detect threats, and manage digital risk and access. Our focus centers on mitigating attack risks, securing cloud transformation initiatives, and fostering a culture of security and reliability throughout our organization.
What You'll Do
As a Senior SailPoint Identity & Access Management Developer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows that address critical business processes. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Identity IQ (IIQ) Workflow Development: Design, construct, and deploy customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, and access certification processes. This includes managing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle events efficiently.
- IAM Solution Management: Lead the installation, management, and troubleshooting of Identity and Access Management solutions in a large enterprise environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- SailPoint Implementation: Bring extensive SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, including design, development, and maintenance of identity governance solutions.
- Lifecycle Management: Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events, along with custom and out-of-the-box (OOTB) Lifecycle Management (LCM) workflows to meet evolving business requirements.
- API Integration: Demonstrate robust knowledge of WebServices, REST API, and SCIM API connectors. Utilize provisioning rules to customize application onboarding and ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms.
- Security Governance: Work closely with security teams to implement role-based access control (RBAC), role mining, access aggregation, certification campaigns, and identity federation capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, maintainable, and secure identity solutions that support business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the IAM domain.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for candidates who possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong Identity Management Background: Extensive exposure to identity management, access control, RBAC concepts, role mining, access aggregation and certification, and identity federation.
- Deployment Experience: Significant experience with change deployment and release management in enterprise environments, demonstrating the ability to manage complex implementation cycles.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux operating systems, Apache Tomcat application server, Oracle databases, and SQL Server.
Problem-Solving Mindset: An analytical approach to troubleshooting complex issues with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Option 2: Three years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven organization.
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills and experiences would be highly advantageous:
- Advanced certifications in Identity and Access Management (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, IdentityIQ).
- Experience with cloud identity solutions (Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of enterprise directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
- Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
