The Details: What You'll Do Every Day
As a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound calls from our valued customers by researching and resolving loan-level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
- Serve as the customer's primary point of contact, listening to their concerns with empathy while working diligently to resolve their issues professionally.
- Take the initiative to truly understand each customer's current challenges, solve them effectively, and use your expertise to proactively help customers avoid future challenges.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our systems to ensure continuity of care.

The Ideal Candidate: What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal proficiency in both languages is required)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to capture and process information accurately
- Excellent conversation skills and the ability to "WOW" customers on every single call
- Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening skills

- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of relevant work experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree (associate's or bachelor's) preferred
- Previous customer service experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
- Familiarity with mortgage banking and hazard insurance concepts
- Experience with CRM systems and call center technology
