Position Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues that may arise, and ensuring every customer interaction results in a positive experience.

This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage a portfolio of accounts while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. Key Responsibilities



  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned client accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Address client needs promptly and effectively, troubleshooting issues and finding solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Document all interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.

  • Account Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, tracking client activity, preferences, and history. Maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Sales Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions that add value to their experience.

  • Office Administration: Perform general administrative duties including phone support, email correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and document management. Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

  • Communication Excellence: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and management. Utilize strong verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse client base.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures. Provide feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and industry best practices.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to address client needs comprehensively.

Essential Qualifications



  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both verbally and in writing. This is a critical requirement for serving our diverse client population.

  • Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software systems. Experience with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
