Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to serve as a key security partner to the business. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with security architecture experience, supporting cloud security, network security, and firewall technologies . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and works closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to assess risk, influence secure designs, and strengthen the organization s security posture.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Design, evaluate, and support secure cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform , ensuring alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards
  • Provide hands-on technical support for cloud security, including IAM, encryption, network segmentation, secure baselines, and workload protection
  • Review solution designs and implementations to identify security risks and provide architectural guidance
  • Assess, configure, and govern network security technologies including firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point), IDS/IPS, VPNs, WAFs, secure gateways, and segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with network engineering teams on secure network design, troubleshooting, and enhancements
  • Support security risk assessments for applications, cloud services, business initiatives, and third-party vendors
  • Assist with vulnerability management , including validation, prioritization, and remediation coordination
  • Participate in incident response activities , post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Translate technical security risks into clear, business-aligned recommendations for stakeholders
  • Promote adoption of secure design patterns, guardrails, and security standards
  • Support audit and compliance efforts related to cloud security, network security, IAM, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to security policies, standards, procedures, and architectural frameworks
  • Proactively identify risks and drive remediation efforts with minimal oversight
    Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or network security
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud security architectures
  • Hands-on experience with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, WAFs, micro-segmentation)
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, encryption, threat detection, vulnerability management, and risk analysis
  • Ability to independently manage workload and collaborate across technical and business teams
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Security certifications such as: CCSP, AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, Google Cloud Platform Security Engineer CISSP, Security+, CEH, Network+
  • Vendor-specific firewall/network certifications
  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture
  • Background in enterprise security architecture or cloud governance
