The Support Specialist, Chat is a fully remote, inbound customer service position focused on creating strong communication pathways between arenaflex and our valued customers. This role serves as the digital frontline of our organization, representing arenaflex in every interaction and ensuring that each customer receives the exceptional service they're entitled to.

In this position, you'll combine your customer service expertise with sales skills to not only resolve inquiries but also identify opportunities to help customers find the perfect products for their needs.   • Live Chat Management: Handle inbound live chat sessions from online customers, verifying customer account information and order details with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Excellence: Consistently respond to all client questions and comments with correct grammar and punctuation via chat, providing complete and correct information every single time.
  • Order Processing: Process online orders, returns, replacements, adjustments, warranties, and installations. Track deliveries, installations, inventory, pricing, and ensure all customers' needs are met with precision.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. This includes telephone and email follow-up when needed to resolve complex situations.
  • Post-Order Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with customers post-order to gauge satisfaction, solicit valuable feedback, and meet any additional needs they may have.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, operations, and business-to-business departments to ensure a smooth process and consistent customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Required Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Schedule Details: Support specialist schedules vary based upon business need. We offer day shift, evening shift, and morning shift options to accommodate different availability preferences. Both day shift and night shift are preferred.
