Position Overview: AppleCare Counselor

As an AppleCare Counselor at arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice that customers encounter when they reach out for support. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our renowned products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macintosh computers. Essential Qualifications
