- Resolve customer issues and concerns through phone, web, or email correspondence, ensuring each interaction results in a positive outcome and reinforces trust in arenaflex services.
- Process applications, application audits, and other related work in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining the highest standards of attention to detail throughout the entire process.
- Provide comprehensive guidance regarding certification pathways and eligibility requirements, helping customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate customer database entries, ensuring all client information is current, complete, and properly documented in our systems.
- Collaborate with department(s) to develop and facilitate customer communications, working cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and seamless service delivery.
- Stay current on company policies and program updates, continuously expanding your knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Enhance and document processes and procedures as required, contributing to operational improvements that benefit the entire team.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Some college education, Associate Degree, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in an office environment or customer services role.
