As a Customer Care Specialist I at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their accounts, billing, and product inquiries. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. Here's what you can expect to do:
- Assess Customer Needs: You'll engage with customers to understand their unique requirements, listening attentively to identify opportunities where arenaflex products and services can enhance their home and business connectivity solutions.
- Product Consultation: Suggest appropriate products and services that align with customer needs, helping them discover the full range of arenaflex offerings they may not be aware of.
- Billing Excellence: Handle billing adjustments with precision, negotiate fair claims resolutions, and arrange product substitutions or returns when necessary – always with the customer's best interests at heart.
- Issue Resolution: Manage customer concerns professionally and efficiently while meeting or exceeding goals in three critical areas: Serving, Solving, and Selling.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on all arenaflex Business products and services, ensuring you can provide accurate, up-to-date information to every customer you assist.
- Ownership Mindset: Take complete ownership of the customer experience from first contact through resolution, ensuring follow-through and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Provide valuable support to internal sales representatives, functioning as a collaborative team member across departments.

Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience equivalent.
- Technical Proficiency: Minimum 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens efficiently.
- Customer Service Experience: 1 or more years of proven customer service experience in any industry.
- Core Skills: Excellent skills in creating exceptional customer experiences, natural sales orientation, strong multitasking abilities, and the capability to build customer rapport by discovering their true needs and solving problems creatively.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn and apply new procedures quickly in a constantly evolving environment.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills that enable you to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Analytical Thinking: Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action for resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Location Requirement: Must reside in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community within those states.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a position that requires meeting sales goals and driving revenue.
