What You'll Do: Your Role as a Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the trusted voice that customers turn to when they need assistance.   • Handle Back-to-Back Customer Interactions: You'll take continuous calls throughout your shift, providing solutions for technical issues, billing inquiries, and programming questions. What We're Looking For: Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Six months of customer service experience or equivalent training

  • Technical troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity for solving problems

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual skills are highly valued)

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to remain fully engaged on calls throughout your entire shift with minimal distractions

  • Participation in pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background checks

  • Reliable smartphone or device with active data network connection

Technical Requirements for Home Office


As a Work-From-Home team member, you'll need to maintain a professional home office setup:



  • Stable cable or fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload, 99% uptime)

  • Wired ethernet connection between modem and PC (Wi-Fi, fixed wireless, cellular, or satellite internet are not supported)

  • Dedicated home office workspace free from excessive background noise

  • Camera must be on during all video meetings

Note: arenaflex provides all necessary equipment including a PC tower, power adapter, two monitors, USB headset, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and ethernet cable. You'll be responsible for maintaining reliable home internet service.
