Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative I to join our dynamic team. This position offers flexibility with options for hybrid work (reporting to our Doral, FL office location for Miami-Dade and Broward County residents) or fully remote work for candidates outside of the South Florida area.

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for processing customer transactions, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining our customer service applications. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will be crucial in maintaining our reputation as one of America's most trusted companies.

Key Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:


  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide service that makes a genuine difference in every customer interaction, ensuring each person feels valued and heard.

  • Performance Excellence: Maintain call productivity and quality scores well above minimum established standards, demonstrating consistent high performance.

  • Product Expertise: Acquire, demonstrate, and utilize comprehensive knowledge of retail banking, online banking, mortgage products, and business banking services to assist customers effectively.

  • Accurate Transaction Processing: Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly the first time.

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with active listening abilities to understand customer needs fully.

  • Service Excellence: Ensure that the company's customers receive an exceptional level of service at all times, meeting or exceeding established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Efficient Inquiry Resolution: Handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, resolving issues in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and composure.

  • Financial Product Promotion: Demonstrate abilities to cross-sell financial services and products appropriately, helping customers discover beneficial banking solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Experience


  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, home school completion, or equivalent certification)

  • Preferred: 0-3 years of call center experience, with preference given to candidates who have experience in retail banking products and/or residential loans

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with retail banking products, including checking accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit

  • Knowledge of mortgage products and lending processes

  • Experience with online and mobile banking platforms

  • Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are highly valued given our diverse customer base
