About the Role

  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, transactions, and service requests while adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Sales and Upselling: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or upgrades that enhance their experience and provide added value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Billing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless, coordinated responses to complex customer needs.

Essential Qualifications
