What You'll Do As arenaflex Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you are the face of our airline. - Customer Interaction Excellence: Engage with domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates in a friendly, professional, and confident manner. Help them with ticketing, baggage services, and provide warm greetings as customers begin and end their journey—all while maintaining a genuine smile.
- Problem Resolution: Provide insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues. Whether it's rebooking a missed connection, locating lost baggage, or answering questions about travel policies, you'll be empowered to make decisions that turn challenges into solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Age Requirement: Minimum of 18 years old.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies. You should be willing to learn and adapt to our digital systems and tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Our fast-paced airport environment requires stamina and physical resilience.
- Security Clearance: Ability to acquire a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge and meet all airport requirements for badging. This includes passing background checks and security screenings.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. We welcome all qualified applicants regardless of background.
- Attendance & Appearance: Ability to meet arenaflex's attendance standards and maintain our professional uniform and appearance standards. We take pride in presenting a polished, professional image to our customers.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or transportation industries.
- Multilingual capabilities—we serve a global customer base, and language skills are always an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
