- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers via phone, email, and potentially live chat. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, provide detailed product information, address concerns, and maintain detailed communication logs in our CRM system.
- Platform Expertise: Navigate and utilize E-commerce wholesale platforms including Faire and Fashiongo (experience with these platforms is a plus but not required—we'll provide comprehensive training). Master these tools to effectively process orders, manage inventory queries, and support our digital marketplace presence.
- Logistics Coordination: Apply your knowledge of major shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to select appropriate shipping methods, calculate shipping costs, track packages, and resolve any delivery-related issues that may arise.
- Sales Support: While prior sales experience is helpful, it's not mandatory. You'll have opportunities to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, recommend related products, and contribute to increasing average order value through consultative selling approaches.
