- Tax Experience: Recent experience in tax preparation or a related field. You should be familiar with tax laws, filing procedures, and common customer questions.
- Customer Service Background: At least one year of previous customer service experience in any industry. Strong communication skills are essential.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free environment dedicated to your work. This is crucial for maintaining focus and protecting customer privacy.
