What You'll Do in This Role

• Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Jackson, Mississippi or Montgomery, Alabama. We're currently hiring exclusively in these areas to better serve our regional customer base.
• Tax Experience: Recent experience in tax preparation or a related field. You should be familiar with tax laws, filing procedures, and common customer questions.
• Customer Service Background: At least one year of previous customer service experience in any industry. Strong communication skills are essential.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free environment dedicated to your work. This is crucial for maintaining focus and protecting customer privacy.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge. You'll need to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
• Multitasking Abilities: Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
