What You'll Do: Make an Impact Every Day
As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at our Jacksonville, North Carolina location, you'll be the voice of some of the world's most beloved brands. Your role is pivotal in shaping customer perceptions and building brand loyalty. Here's what your daily work will entail:
- Engage with customers via inbound telephone calls who have questions, concerns, or need additional support with their products and services
- Achieve specific support and resolution targets on every interaction, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied and confident
- Utilize professional probing techniques to accurately identify customer needs and deliver personalized solutions
- Navigate and utilize comprehensive knowledge bases of client products and services to provide accurate information
- Follow established scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, empathetic conversational style
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM systems to ensure continuity of service
- Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure customers receive the right level of support
- Stay current with product updates, policy changes, and new service offerings through ongoing training

What We're Looking For: Your Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent – your foundation for success starts here
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer navigation skills and comfort with multiple software applications
- Proficiency in multitasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts as business needs require
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide valid identification
