Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding and Integration



  • Lead the complete customer onboarding process from the initial introduction call through successful integration of arenaflex solutions into client systems

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor integration approaches accordingly

  • Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, including technical guides, FAQs, and best practices

  • Conduct training sessions for client technical teams to ensure they understand integration procedures and ongoing maintenance

  • Manage onboarding timelines and ensure projects stay on track while meeting all deliverables

Premium Technical Support



  • Provide premium support to designated clients through dedicated channels including Slack, email, and video conferencing

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, aiming for rapid incident resolution and minimal downtime

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, working to identify root causes rather than just symptoms

  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure bug fixes are prioritized and deployed in a timely manner

  • Maintain detailed logs of support tickets and issues to identify trends and proactive solutions

  • Develop troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles to empower clients and reduce future issues

Technical Expertise and Client Assistance



  • Leverage strong technical knowledge in web development (JavaScript, Node.js) or mobile development (Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, Swift) to assist clients with integration requirements

  • Provide code-level guidance and review to ensure client integrations meet best practices

  • Offer technical recommendations that align with client business objectives while maintaining solution integrity

  • Stay current with arenaflex product updates and communicate new features effectively to clients

  • Participate in pre-sales technical discussions when needed to support business development efforts

Communication and Presentation



  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Create clear, concise documentation including technical specifications, integration guides, and process documents

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent technical experience will be considered.

  • Proven experience in web development or mobile development roles

  • Programming proficiency in at least two of the following languages: JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, and Swift for iOS

  • Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
