What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing Multi-Channel Inquiries: Handle incoming email tickets, live chat requests, and social media inquiries with speed and accuracy. You'll be the voice (and typing fingers) of arenaflex across multiple communication platforms.
- Phone Support: Anticipate and manage phone calls from customers, providing the same high level of service and problem-solving expertise over the phone as you do in writing.
- Needs Assessment: Identify and assess each customer's specific needs to achieve satisfaction. This requires active listening, critical thinking, and the ability to quickly understand what the customer is truly looking for.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits. You'll follow through to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized filing systems for all related documents.
- Policy Compliance: Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Compensation and Starting Rate
