They are seeking a Business Development Assistant to support lead generation and prospect engagement for Acrobatic Arts and Tap Roots, contributing to the growth and expansion of their B2B ecosystem by connecting with dance studios and independent teachers.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new leads including dance studios, independent teachers, and prospective customers across North America
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and initiate conversations
- Follow up with prospects in a timely, organized, and professional manner to move them through the pipeline
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings on behalf of the Director of Community and Marketing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking lead activity, pipeline progress, and communication history
- Support the sales team by ensuring qualified leads are contacted, engaged, and moved toward scheduled conversations
Skills
- Experience in lead generation and prospect engagement
- Strong communication skills for outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media
