Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Administrator to support our operations team in maintaining data accuracy across core enterprise systems. This part-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to critical business functions that keep our operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing store location data and B2B client account information, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity. You'll handle request volumes, investigate and resolve data issues, and provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders while enforcing data quality standards to meet our service level targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Updates: Execute requests to update store and client account data in core enterprise systems with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Issue Investigation & Resolution: Investigate and resolve data issues promptly and effectively, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
- Client Support Excellence: Provide exceptional A-list customer support to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Data Quality Assurance: Enforce data integrity standards across all systems, performing regular audits and validation checks to maintain data accuracy
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing more efficient workflows
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and resolution of cross-functional issues
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, procedures, and resolved issues
- Performance Metrics: Meet service level targets and performance metrics consistently, contributing to team success
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of social databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces
- Time Management: Strong ability to adapt to multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Independent & Team Work: Capacity to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
