Position Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Literacy/Numeracy Tutors to join our elementary education team. This position involves providing targeted intervention support to students who need additional assistance in developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills. You will work closely with classroom teachers, intervention specialists, and school administrators to implement our SRBI framework effectively.

Key Responsibilities
As a Literacy and Numeracy Tutor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following:
- SRBI Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of Scientific Research-Based Interventions (SRBI) for both literacy and numeracy programs, ensuring fidelity to research-validated methods and protocols.
- Tier II Interventions: Deliver targeted small-group interventions to students identified as needing additional support beyond core instruction. Design and adapt instructional materials to address specific skill gaps.
- Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular progress monitoring assessments to track student growth toward SRBI goals. Analyze assessment data to inform instructional decisions and communicate progress to teachers and parents.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, reading specialists, math specialists, and school counselors to coordinate intervention efforts and ensure alignment with classroom instruction.
- Student Engagement: Create positive, encouraging learning environments that motivate students to actively participate in intervention sessions and develop confidence in their abilities.
