As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • *Schedule and Work Environment**
  • Work a 4-day weekend schedule, with 10-hour shifts on Saturday (12:30pm-11pm Eastern time), Sunday (9am-7:30pm Eastern time), Monday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time), and Tuesday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time)
  • Work from home or a designated remote work location with a secure and quiet environment and a strong Internet connection
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment and technology to support your work
  • *Compensation and Benefits**
  • Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
