We're seeking an Experienced Customer Relations Representative to join our team of customer advocates. As a key member of our customer relations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pharmacy customers through inbound calls, emails, chats, and letters. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers by resolving their concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
  • Provide superb customer service, resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction
  • Review and process incoming customer communications, using excellent communication and organization skills to respond to customers effectively
  • Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, using clear and concise language
  • Toggle between different applications, using strong PC skills and Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
  • Complete paid company training program and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to complete 40 hours of work per week
  • *Requirements**
  • Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
  • Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Prior inbound Call Center experience
  • Previous experience working from home
  • Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience
