- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service while assisting with general mortgage inquiries, concerns, and light collections efforts as needed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to current and early-stage delinquent accounts to ensure quick and effective solutions are provided to each customer.
- Effectively responding to internal/external customer emails and voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with a variety of customer inquiries, including but not limited to: + Escrow+ Payment transactions+ ARM changes+ Payoff requests+ Other inquiries
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision to meet performance expectations.
- Performing other duties and projects as assigned to support the team's success.
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Mortgage Servicing experience required, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and services.
- Escrow and MSP/Blacknight experience a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking highly preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree or similar preferred, but not required.
