  • Handle inbound customer service and sales calls with a calm and composed demeanor
  • Develop relationships and provide support to customers, addressing their issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

  • Onboard and train new users to the platform, ensuring they have a seamless experience

  • Familiarity with real estate documents/title (deed, mortgage, easements, property report, taxes) and residential real estate transaction knowledge is preferred
  • Assist customers in navigating our real estate technology platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when necessary
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our technology solutions and how they can optimize their real estate transactions and property management using our tools
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our technology offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates and improvements to provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist customers with onboarding processes, guiding them through setting up accounts and utilizing our software effectively
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, striving to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to facilitate continuous improvement and tailor services to customer preferences
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Proven experience in customer service, technology sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  • Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
  • Experience with outbound calling and business development strategies
  • Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines
  • Computer knowledge, including Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Experience
  • Knowledge of Dropbox is helpful, and experience with Slack and Zoom is preferred
