- Escalating complex issues to Supervisors when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
- Collaborating with the customer support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing
