- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secured workspace
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
