• *Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Technology Operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with worldwide groups to drive execution of innovation and application disaster recovery consistency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of innovation and application disaster recovery consistency
• Conducting regular testing of level 0/1 applications to ensure disaster recovery consistency, as well as screening new applications to bring them into scope for starting certificate testing
• Maintaining status detailing, following of tests and issues within Jira, and overall innovation disaster recovery management activities
• Reviewing reactions and disaster recovery management exercises to ensure consistency and quality
• Conducting new application audits and remediation to ensure compliance with arenaflex's standards and guidelines
• Applying solutions and guidelines to worldwide applications and conditions to drive consistency
• Project managing and overseeing all the above activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery

• *What You'll Bring:**

• 2+ years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of IT controls and guidelines
• 2+ years of experience in test management, with a strong understanding of Jira and Power BI
• 2+ years of experience in innovation disaster recovery management, with a strong understanding of cloud and on-premise technology
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Significant level understanding of innovation stages and IT controls and guidelines
• Familiarity with innovation and infrastructure – cloud, on-premise technology
