As an Experienced Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer retention, and acquiring new customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling various inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. - Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
