- *What You Will Do in This Role**
As a remote Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Assist external users of our technical products or services, identifying, investigating, researching, and providing resolution to user questions and problems.
- Troubleshoot basic and routine technical issues, including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through customer-centric troubleshooting approaches.
- De-escalate customer concerns and follow established escalation procedures to resolve technical issues.
- Solve complex, unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills.
- Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport with the customer.
- Probe for understanding and provide effective solutions.
- *Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- One year of related technical experience (preferably in hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair).
- A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (BYOD).
- Relevant technical expertise related to our program.
- A strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills.
- Dependability and attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking skills, including flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision.
- Patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
