- Confer with businesses by telephone and email to provide information about products and services, addressing their inquiries, complaints, or comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of business interactions or transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Process service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation, ensuring correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests.
- Conduct account analysis and reviews, providing proposals and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and service.
- Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with arenaflex B2B representatives to provide optimal care and support to our business customers.
- Utilize a range of software applications, including Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, to manage customer interactions and service requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using extensive and accurate typing skills.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred.
- Experience with customer service over the phone preferred.
