What You Will Do

As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will work closely with knowledgeable experts and colleagues to build and scale AI and artificial intelligence solutions that will transform how we approach healthcare infrastructure management. Your primary responsibility will be to develop models using machine learning, deep learning, and other advanced technologies to predict and analyze data on hardware and software systems within our extensive server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML Solutions: Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models that predict system failures, analyze performance metrics, and recommend proactive solutions for our enterprise infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.


• AI/ML Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence with domain knowledge and proven experience in data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative methods, feature extraction and analysis, and supervised learning.

• Programming Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and similar technologies.


• Data Skills: Minimum 2+ years of experience in data extraction, data wrangling, visualization, and analysis.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.


• Problem-Solving Attitude: Strong work ethic with an inherent drive to deliver exceptional results and the ability to think creatively when approaching challenges.


• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous and accurate approach to researching future solutions and addressing current issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience processing data from diverse sources and through big data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.


• Demonstrated experience creating scalable AI models and end-to-end solutions that can handle enterprise-level workloads.


• Proven track record of analyzing and implementing statistical models or machine learning algorithms that have delivered significant business impact in complex environments.


• Experience optimizing existing data pipelines by exploring unstructured data sources and engineering new features to improve model performance.


• Ability to provide technical support and expertise to broader team members, mentoring others on best practices.


• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline; or equivalent professional experience.


• Strong foundation in AI, data mining, statistics, applied science, or a closely related field.
