  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Professional to join our remote part-time team. As a key member of our Client Advanced Character group, you'll drive the development and execution of our client digital character item strategy, with a strong focus on personality matching for improving reach and information clean room skill. You'll work closely with our designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart +, and Promoting groups to deliver elite digital character arrangements with a strong emphasis on information security and client protection.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Drive the development and execution of the client digital character item strategy, with a strong focus on personality matching for improving reach and information clean room skill.
  • Define and communicate a digital personality and information clean room technique, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Digital Personality Stage.
  • Ensure tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal groups in managing client advanced characters.
  • Work with a digital personality-centered outlook to connect internal clients to the Client Advanced Character Stage, ensuring all internal groups have access to secure and comprehensive client character data.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure item success, highlighting the effective management and protection of client advanced personalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in client advanced personality, information clean room, information security, and protection, identifying opportunities for item development and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart +, and Promoting groups to deliver elite digital character arrangements with a strong emphasis on information security and client protection.
  • *Capabilities**
  • Four-year college education required/MBA or higher.
  • 8+ years in Product Management, including at least 2 years of experience working in client personality or promotions/marketing space. Retail industry experience is a plus.
  • Quantitative or technical foundation is preferred.
  • Sound business judgment, as well as the ability to naturally suspect, analyze quantitatively, issue address, scope technical requirements, and focus.
  • Should be capable and willing to think and act in a calculated way and strategically.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills are essential, demonstrated ability to influence others within and remotely.
  • Solid leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to persuade and inspire teams to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing successful product guides and drives.
  • Solid understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market patterns in the retail space.
  • Experience with Agile philosophies and project management tools.

  • Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Designing, Business Organization, or related field and 8 years' experience as a product manager, preferably working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C items.
  • Administrative experience.
