  • *Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Client Insight Center product. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Drive the development and execution of the Client Insight Center product, ensuring seamless customer experiences and insights that inform our business decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver top-notch customer insights and analytics solutions.
  • Ensure that our products are built and scaled to meet the security and trustworthiness needs of our customers, including data protection and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and compliance, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Work closely with our Design and Engineering teams to ensure that our products are designed and built with accessibility and usability in mind, meeting the highest standards of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, or
  • 9 years of experience in product management or related field.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with a strong understanding of accessibility and usability principles, including assistive technologies and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that meet the needs of all customers.
  • *Skills and Competencies:**
  • Strong product management skills, with experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
