- *Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer emails professionally and promptly via Reamaze, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Managing customer orders in Shopify, including refunds, shipping updates, and delivery issues, to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Monitoring order status and resolving basic support inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and keeping projects organized using Slack, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the team.
- Maintaining accurate records and helping optimize internal workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Bringing outside-the-box thinking to improve customer service and proposing new ideas or strategies for a better customer experience, driving innovation and growth within the company.
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written English and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience managing customer support for Shopify stores, with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and customer service best practices.
- Comfortable using Reamaze, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Trello, and Shopify, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and consistent follow-through on tasks, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Must check in on Slack twice daily: + Once during your shift to update us on your focus+ Again at the end of your day with a short summary of what was completed

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll work 15–20 hours/week to start, with potential to expand. You'll need to:
- Monitor Reamaze throughout the day and reply to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Be available to work during US business hours (Pacific or Eastern Time), with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
- Check in on Slack twice daily, as mentioned earlier, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
